We welcome submissions that are practice-informed or research-informed, including hands-on teaching ideas, research insights, or practical tools that help educators use AI meaningfully in the classroom.

Presentation topics may include (but are not limited to):

• AI in curriculum and lesson design

• Using AI to support writing instruction

• AI for feedback and assessment

• Tools for teaching speaking and pronunciation

• Time-saving AI workflows for teachers

• Teacher reflection and professional growth through AI

• Ethical and responsible AI use in ELT

Whether you're a classroom teacher, a teacher educator, or a researcher, we encourage you to share what you’ve tried, what you’ve learned, and what you’re excited to explore next. All presentations will be recorded and published, upon agreement from presenters, as Open Educational Resource (OER) Book.

Submission Categories:

• Practice-Informed Presentations – Share teaching strategies, lesson plans, or tools you’ve used with your students.

• Research-Informed Presentations – Share findings or ideas from research that can guide or inspire classroom practice.

• Posters – Present your work in a pre-recorded video format (either practice- or research-informed).
